Accounts that show no login activity for an extended period may be classified as inactive. pk97 may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after reasonable notice. If your account balance reaches zero as a result, the account may be closed. Any remaining balance will be returned to you on request.

In-play betting allows you to place bets on events that are already in progress. Markets may be suspended temporarily during key moments in a match — for example, during the delivery of a ball in cricket or a penalty kick in football. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted. pk97 is not responsible for any network delay between the live event and the platform's data feed.
The Live Casino, Slots, and Slot Games sections on pk97 are provided by established game studios. Each game has its own paytable, house edge, and return-to-player (RTP) percentage, which is accessible within the game information panel. pk97 does not modify the mathematics of any third-party game.
In the event of a game malfunction — a display error, disconnection mid-round, or technical fault — any affected round will be voided and the stake returned to your balance. A wagering requirement means you must bet the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific offer) a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before requesting a withdrawal of winnings derived from that bonus.
Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. You must not hold an active self-exclusion, your account must be verified, and you must not have previously abused promotional offers on pk97 or any related platform. pk97 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from any account at its discretion if misuse or abuse of the promotion system is suspected.
All bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, the remaining bonus funds will be removed from your account automatically. Real-money funds deposited are not affected by bonus expiry — only the bonus balance itself is subject to removal.
